An old man spending his life on a huge rock pillar, it has been heard he was alive 200 years ago, himself being 700, back when the Sea was known as a world of peace, vast and beautiful.

At his point of view, the world was messed up from the start. If it was classed as peaceful, it's because most of the people living had no incident.
Other than that, he's solitary. He most likely hates you even if you never talked to him. It would be almost impossible to be classed as "a good acquaintance" for him.
